This role is responsible for driving quality excellence and transformation within the Sourced Quality organization by leveraging advanced quality methodologies, data science, and AI-enabled applications. The role focuses on building a preventive, data-driven, and intelligent quality ecosystem across suppliers and internal processes.

1. Quality Excellence & Governance: Establish and deploy standardized quality frameworks, governance mechanisms, and best practices across the organization.
建立并推动统一的质量卓越体系、治理机制及最佳实践。
2. Supplier Quality Development: Define and execute supplier quality capability development strategies and drive continuous improvement.
制定并推进供应商质量能力提升策略，实现持续改进。
3. Data Science & AI Applications: Develop and implement data-driven and AI-assisted quality solutions including predictive analytics and root cause analysis.
推动数据驱动及AI辅助质量应用，包括预测分析及智能根因分析。
4. Process Excellence: Lead cross-functional process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce cost of poor quality.
主导跨职能流程优化，提升效率并降低质量成本。
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align quality strategies with business goals.

- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in multinational companies, preferably in manufacturing or appliance industry.
- Proven experience in leading quality or process management roles at manager level or above.
- Strong experience in supplier quality management, development, and performance improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in data analytics, digitalization, or AI-enabled quality initiatives.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end quality processes and systems.
- 本科及以上学历，工程、质量、工业工程或数据科学相关专业优先。
- 10年以上外企工作经验，家电或制造业优先。
- 曾担任质量经理或流程经理及以上岗位。
- 具备丰富的供应商质量管理及发展经验。
- 有数据分析、数字化或AI质量项目经验。
- 深刻理解端到端质量管理体系。
- Expertise in quality methodologies such as 8D, Lean, APQP, FMEA, SPC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with data tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python etc.).
- Understanding of AI/ML applications in quality or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills in matrix organizations.
