Senior React Engineer

We're looking for a Senior React Engineer to join our team and help us create world-class solutions for our global clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop robust, scalable React applications using modern tools and libraries such as TanStack Router, TanStack Query, and TypeScript.
• Use AI-assisted and agentic workflows to accelerate every stage of development - from technical planning and implementation to testing, documentation, and iteration.
• Ensure your applications are fast, smooth, and responsive by focusing on performance and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals and deliver on time.
• Explore and adopt new tools and technologies (especially in AI) to improve development speed and product quality.

Recent Challenges We’ve Solved:

• Rendering 30,000 markers on a map simultaneously - without crashing the browser.
• Keeping the GUI smooth while updating maps with massive datasets.
• Developing a lazy-loading, infinite scroll image list optimized for underperforming mobile devices.
• Streaming an LLM's response token-by-token into the UI while keeping the interface responsive and interruptible.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of web development experience, with at least 3 years in JavaScript frameworks like React.
• Expertise in Single Page Application (SPA) design patterns and front-end security, with familiarity in OWASP top 10.
• Deep understanding of front-end performance optimization - minimizing render times, smooth animations, and hitting 60fps.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot…) and agentic approaches, paired with the engineering judgment needed to validate the outcome.
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies.
• Passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest web development trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• A team-first, humble attitude, where solving problems and helping others succeed is a priority.
