Senior Salesforce Developer

About this role

We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to design and implement scalable, AI-driven, and customer-centric Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, automation, integrations, customer data management, and AI-powered business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
  • Implement and optimize Sales Cloud functionalities including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account Management, Forecasting, Sales Automation, and Pipeline Tracking.
  • Develop modern, responsive, and reusable LWC components to enhance sales user experience and productivity.
  • Implement and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and customer data activation.
  • Work on Agentforce capabilities including AI-powered workflows, conversational experiences, intelligent recommendations, and prompt-driven automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.
  • Build Apex classes, triggers, asynchronous processing, and platform services to support complex business logic and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales teams, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Design and optimize data models, sharing rules, security configurations, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Implement automation using Flows, Approval Processes, Platform Events, and process orchestration.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security, and governance policies.
  • Support deployment activities, unit testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce innovations, especially around Data Cloud, AI capabilities, Agentforce, and Sales Cloud enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL/SOSL
    • JavaScript
    • Salesforce Platform development
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud features:
    • Lead Management
    • Opportunity Management
    • Sales Processes
    • Forecasting
    • Workflow Automation
    • Reports & Dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud:
    • Data Streams
    • Identity Resolution
    • Calculated Insights
    • Segmentation
    • Activation
    • Data Modeling
  • Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Copilot capabilities, or AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with asynchronous Apex, Platform Events, and integration best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control systems.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, or AI-related Salesforce certifications are a plus.
