About the role:
As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with the aim of improving our customers' HR processes. You will also act as a contact person between customers, product management and application management.

Which tasks can you expect?
Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in the compensation module
Guide clients on SAP best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality
Design and configure a SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practice ensure successful implementations
Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client’s key users
Ensure effective transfer knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support
Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx’s international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
What do you have to offer?
Several years of experience in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Having led at least one end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Compensation solutions. Another modules would be considered a plus
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story would be considered a strong advantage
Polish and English proficiency enabling fluent communication (minimum B2 level)
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate the requirements of specialist departments into technical solutions
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a high degree of teamwork, commitment and customer orientation
Knowledge of HR business processes
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
