About this role
Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints through phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up. Generate quotations, service charges, and job orders accurately and within required timelines. Plan and prioritize service appointments based on customer requirements, urgency, and operational schedules. Liaise with field engineers, subcontractors, customers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery. Monitor ongoing service activities and follow through on outstanding matters to ensure completion within agreed timelines. Maintain accurate service documentation by updating records, job status, and customer feedback in the relevant systems. Compile and provide periodic updates on customer accounts, service activities, and outstanding issues to supervisors and coordinators. Identify recurring service concerns and customer feedback trends, recommending appropriate corrective or improvement actions. Raise purchase requisitions and prepare supporting documentation for vendors, subcontractors, and project-related requirements. Support overall service coordination and administrative activities while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Requirements GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ Level with 3–4 years of relevant working experience, or a Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage service records, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational, scheduling, and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
