Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack JavaScript

In this role, you will help shape and deliver modern full stack JavaScript solutions for client-facing products and platforms. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact software engagements, partner closely with cross-functional teammates, and bring strong engineering judgment to work that balances performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance Node.js distributed systems.
• Work with CI/CD practices as part of delivering reliable software.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Node.js, including building high-performance distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, along with Git-based development workflows.
• Experience working with CI/CD practices.
• Eligible to work in Lithuania.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with frontend architecture, including React and ES6+ JavaScript.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with Next.js.
• Experience with database schema design.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure and Docker.
• Experience working in a Scrum Agile setup.
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams.
