Job summary
The DigiCert ONE CA team is looking for a knowledgeable Senior Software Engineer to join our agile cross functional team to build the future of PKI and security management.
What you will do
- Build restful, highly scalable cloud native webservices using Go
- Collaborate with the team in the design, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality code
- Engage with other engineering leaders to implement industry best practices
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug product defects and provide timely solutions to customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of PKI products, architecture, and systems
What you will have
- 3+ years of professional experience in the engineering industry
- Proficiency in Go Language
- Experience in TypeScript backend framework.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful web service APIs
- Strong knowledge of the following:
- Software engineering best-practices in design, testing, and architecture
- Service-based architectures and distributed systems
- Relational databases, including indexes, and SQL best practices
- Design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/DevOps
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, etc., or equivalent years of experience in the industry
