About the Role
If you've worked with Student Information Systems and are passionate about helping institutions modernize the student experience, The Student First partnership is expanding Blackbaud’s Higher Education strategy and we're looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant with deep Student Information System (SIS) expertise to help shape how colleges and universities evaluate modern SIS, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, payment processing, and connected campus solutions. Together, Blackbaud and Student First will deliver a best-in-class Connected Campus experience that reduces complexity and campus silos, unifying enrollment, financial aid, scholarships, advancement and finance into a single operating model. You'll play a key role in building our SIS practice while helping institutions solve some of their most complex operational challenges. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll combine your Higher Education expertise with consultative problem-solving to help colleges and universities evaluate and modernize the technology that powers the student lifecycle. Working closely with Sales, you'll guide institutions through discovery, validation, and solution evaluation while helping them understand how modern technology, automation, payments, and emerging AI capabilities can support institutional goals and improve student outcomes. You'll be one of our first dedicated SIS specialists, helping shape how we support Higher Education institutions, validate complex solutions, and scale our go-to-market strategy. You'll have the opportunity to influence best practices, enablement, customer experiences, and the future of Higher Education Solutions Consulting at Blackbaud.
