Senior Staffing Analyst (Non IT recruiter)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for non-technical positions such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, and other business support roles.

-Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles — from understanding job requirements to onboarding.

-Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).

-Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.

-Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.

-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

-Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR.
