The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Business Services Talent Acquisition team by coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring the efficient execution of operational activities across the talent acquisition lifecycle. This role partners closely with Recruiting Managers, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to support a seamless hiring process while driving continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations and administrative processes
Provide support to Recruiting Managers, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Create and manage job requisitions within Workday, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and reporting integrity.
Audit requisition and candidate data to maintain system integrity and recruiting data quality.
Maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and Talent Acquisition metrics, and analyze data to support operational reporting and workforce planning initiatives.
Manage background investigations, including initiation, tracking, follow-up, and communication of status updates.
Assist with recruiting process documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures to promote consistency across Talent Acquisition processes.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, enhance the candidate experience, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with resume reviews and employee referrals.
Partner with HR coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and related logistics as needed.
Support efficient hiring processes by balancing operational excellence, data accuracy, stakeholder service, and candidate experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, or a related field.
Experience in a professional services, legal, or corporate environment preferred.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies, preferably Workday.
Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-service-oriented environment.
Preferred knowledge of recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement practices.
Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and talent pipeline development would be helpful.
Familiarity with background investigations, onboarding processes, and employment compliance requirements preferred.
