Design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) solutions and SAP S/4HANA Quality Issue processes (QIM).Configure and maintain:Quality PlanningInspection PlansMaster Inspection Characteristics (MICs)Sampling ProceduresInspection MethodsQuality NotificationsQuality CertificatesConfigure and support Quality Inspection processes, including:Goods Receipt InspectionIn-Process InspectionFinal InspectionCustomer Returns InspectionVendor InspectionManage inspection lots, results recording, defects recording, and usage decisions.Configure Quality Info Records and quality-related material master settings.Support nonconformance management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis.Integrate SAP QM with:Materials Management (MM)Production Planning (PP)Warehouse Management (EWM)Plant Maintenance (PM)Sales & Distribution (SD)Implement and support end-to-end Quality Issue Management processes.Manage quality issue lifecycle from detection to closure.Configure issue categorization, workflows, and escalation processes.Support investigation management and corrective action tracking.Coordinate integration with supplier quality management processes.Enable quality analytics and KPI monitoring.Analyze business requirements related to quality issue management and quality compliance.Configure SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) and Quality Issue Management solutions.Quality NotificationsNon-Conformance Management (NCM)Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)Root Cause AnalysisCustomer and Supplier Complaint ManagementAudit Findings ManagementSupport inspection lot processing, quality inspections, and defect recording.
