Cloud Interconnection & Acquisition | Network Fiber
We are the Process and Tooling team supporting CIA Network Fiber, focused on simplifying how teams plan, source, deliver, and manage fiber work across regions. Our team partners closely with sourcing, delivery, engineering, operations, GIS, and regional stakeholders to turn complex workflows into clear, scalable processes and practical tooling solutions.
Our mission is to create consistent, efficient, and repeatable ways of working that reduce manual effort, improve visibility, and help teams move fiber programs forward with greater speed and confidence. We focus on standardizing processes, improving tool adoption, clarifying ownership, and enabling better decision-making through reliable data and well-defined workflows.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive process & tooling optimization and automation, primarily focused on AI driven improvements to accelerate transformation across global cloud and network operations.
This role sits at the intersection of business process optimization, AI adoption, tooling, and intelligent automation engineering. You will lead the identification, development, and scaling of AI powered capabilities, process improvement and tooling requirements —embedding Copilot, automation, and predictive analytics into operational workflows to improve speed to market, data quality, cost efficiency, and decision making.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 146,200.00 - CHF 245,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
