About the Role
The Senior Technology Architect is the senior technical authority for our most strategic and high-value accounts. You own the full solution journey — from discovery of the customer's enterprise tech environment through gap analysis, solution design, and coordinated delivery — ensuring every deployment is architecturally sound, integration-ready, and set up for long-term success. As the single technical owner accountable for architecture fit, integration design, and end-to-end solution soundness, you serve as the primary technical point of contact from contract signature through go-live. This role focuses on our Strategic & Growth customer segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive technical discovery of the customer's enterprise tech stack and infrastructure.
- Perform tech fitment and gap analysis, mapping the customer environment to the platform stack to surface integration gaps and deployment risks.
- Design end-to-end solution and integration architectures covering VA deployment, gateway setup, and cloud connectivity.
- Select the appropriate deployment model (cloud, hybrid, or on-prem) and define HA/DR and backup design patterns.
- Present solution proposals and architecture to customer CTOs, architects, and IT leadership.
- Coordinate testing, environment setup, and issue resolution across internal and client teams (DevOps, Security, onboarding).
- Own architecture review and sign-off for clean delivery handoff, acting as primary technical contact from signature to go-live.
Key Deliverables
- Customer tech discovery report with gap analysis and integration requirements.
- End-to-end solution design documents and architecture blueprints per strategic account.
- Technical requirements translated for implementation, DevOps, and Security teams.
- Customer-facing solution presentations delivered to CTO / IT leadership.
- Successful go-live: VA deployed, gateway configured, cloud integration verified.
- Reusable reference architectures that accelerate onboarding and shorten time-to-deploy.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15+ years in enterprise technology architecture, solution architecture, or client-facing technical delivery.
- Enterprise architecture: multi-cloud, hybrid, and on-prem deployment patterns with focus on Azure and GCP.
- Integration & security: REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, LDAP/AD, HashiCorp Vault, F5, APISIX, RabbitMQ.
- Solution design & gap analysis: translating complex customer environments into actionable blueprints.
- Executive communication: present and persuade at CTO / IT-leadership level.
- Cross-functional coordination: aligning DevOps, Security, and onboarding teams through delivery.
- Strategic account mindset: high ownership, senior stakeholder management, and accountability for outcomes.
