Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Trade Product Manager to drive the development and commercialization of Open Account Trade and Supply Chain Finance solutions within Transaction Banking.

The role is responsible for product strategy, new product launches, legal documentation, and platform transformation initiatives. Working closely with Sales and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will deliver innovative working capital solutions and drive product enhancements to support business growth and evolving client needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the lifecycle of Open Account Trade and Supply Chain Finance products, including development, enhancement, and commercialization.

  • Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business, client, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead new product launches, including business case preparation, product approvals, policies, and governance documentation.

  • Drive trade platform implementations, system upgrades, digitalization, and migration initiatives.

  • Structure and enhance working capital solutions across receivables finance, supplier finance, payables finance, and other supply chain finance programmes.

  • Negotiate product-related legal documentation, programme agreements, and external partnership arrangements.

  • Partner with Sales and Coverage teams on solution structuring and commercialization.

  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure effective implementation and governance.

  • Monitor market developments and product performance to identify enhancement opportunities.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related discipline.

  • 8–10 years' experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Transaction Banking Product Management.

  • Strong expertise in Open Account Trade, including Receivables Finance, Supplier Finance, Payables Finance, and other Supply Chain Finance solutions.

  • Proven experience in product development, new product launches, and commercialization.

  • Hands-on experience in system implementation, platform enhancement, or migration projects.

  • Experience negotiating legal documentation and managing product governance.

  • Strong understanding of working capital solutions, credit risk mitigants, and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience in trade digitalization, fintech partnerships, or e-platform integration is an advantage.
