Job Description

  • Plan and execute component, module, or interface work packages throughout the complete lifecycle, from requirements analysis to formal verification.
  • Analyze PRQs/TRQs and translate requirements into clear, executable Gherkin-based test cases.
  • Configure test environments by installing and validating software/PLC versions, integrating hardware components, and maintaining test setups.
  • Perform hands-on testing on physical devices, ensuring accurate execution and collection of objective verification evidence.
  • Document test results, analyze defects, and support root-cause investigations, corrective actions, retesting, and regression testing activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and successful verification outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in technical verification/testing of integrated hardware-software or mechatronic systems. 
  • High proficiency in Gherkin and Python, plus strong test analysis and design capability. 
  • Very good English and German and full on-site deployment capability. 
  • Hands-on experience with emulators/simulators and installation/configuration of software, PLC or hardware. 
  • Experience with ALM/test management, defect tracking and agile ceremonies. 
  • Location: onsite in Stuttgart
