We’re looking for a Service Advisor who brings energy, honesty, and a commitment to making customers feel at ease.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome customers with a smile and genuine interest in their needs

  • Diagnose and explain vehicle concerns in clear, simple terms

  • Prepare transparent cost estimates and repair orders

  • Stay connected with customers throughout their visit — no surprises, just great service

  • Work closely with our technicians and parts team to keep everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of automotive service experience, with prior experience in an OEM dealership environment preferred; a sales and customer service background is an asset.

  • Friendly, confident communicator with experience in customer-facing roles

  • Team player with a drive to hit goals and deliver results

  • Adaptable nature that thrives in fast-paced environments

  • Valid driver’s license and a passion for the automotive industry
