Service Center Coordinator

This position will develop and maintain a ministry of service and actively promote the structure and identity of The Salvation Army at the assigned Service Center. The Coord will manage The Salvation Army's daily social service assistance programs within the community. They will work with their Field Representative to create and oversee an Advisory Board, interact and present to various community groups, and recruit and retain volunteers. The Coordinator will work with their Field Representative to seek funding sources through grants, local fundraising events, annual kettle campaigns and other sources as identified. They will coordinate and supervise special events throughout the year, such as Back to School and Christmas distributions, camping programs, and newly identified programs.
