SERVICE EXECUTIVE | SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and monitor all pest control services carried out at client premises.
• Conduct client visits to promote and expand pest control services.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution.
• Oversee technician attendance and prepare monthly incentive reports.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of two years experience.
• Applicants should possess a Degree in Agriculture from a recognized institution of higher education.
• Possess excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.
