About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Share Trading Officer to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for executing trades, managing client portfolios, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of our retail equities broking business.
What you will be doing
Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients.
Carry out sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients.
Manage client portfolios by providing market updates and maintaining strong relationships.
Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products to clients.
Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution of events.
Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and support risk management.
Take reasonable steps to understand clients’ backgrounds, investment objectives, financial standing, and sources of funds to ensure compliance with Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant regulations.

Ability to provide excellent client service and build long-term relationships.
Proactive in understanding client needs and compliant with regulatory standards.
