Shift Incharge/Cafe Supervisor

Operations & Service Supervise daily café operations, ensuring consistent service and product quality. Support café opening and closing procedures, including cash handling. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supplier coordination. Team Management Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking. Support training and development of new team members. Motivate and guide baristas and service staff to maintain high morale. Customer Experience Ensure every guest receives prompt and friendly service. Handle customer complaints or feedback with professionalism. Build relationships with regular customers and enhance brand loyalty. Sales & Reporting Assist in achieving sales targets and cost control objectives. Monitor daily sales reports and provide insights to management. Suggest improvements to increase revenue and efficiency. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in café, coffee shop, or restaurant operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of café operations, POS systems, and cash management. Good understanding of hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards. Basic computer literacy (MS Office / POS Software). UAE experience preferred.
