| 1.Experience in CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, Grinding, and Nib Milling machines. |
| 2. Knowledge of machine setting, programming, and offset changes. |
| 3. Manpower handling and shift management skills. |
| 4. Understanding of 5S, troubleshooting, and quality systems. |
| 5. Ability to monitor production, maintain quality standards, and achieve shift targets. |
