Shipping Associate

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Support daily stockroom operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels through regular counts, audits, reporting, and follow-up on discrepancies
• Use inventory systems, barcode scanning tools, and related technology to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries
• Partner with procurement, logistics, production, and other teams to support timely material availability and inventory flow
• Follow stockroom procedures, safety practices, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain an organized work environment

YOU HAVE:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, material handling, or a related environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members, internal customers, and other departments
• Experience using inventory management software; Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Office, and barcode scanning systems preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting materials as needed
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, quality, safety, and adapting in a fast-paced environment
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience preferred

• Team members must be able to safely perform a range of physical activities, including standing and walking for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for tasks requiring dexterity and grip.
•  Roles may require frequent bending, kneeling, and maintaining balance, with occasional climbing or repositioning to support production needs.
• This position is classified as medium work, requiring the ability to lift, carry, or move materials up to 50 lbs occasionally, 30 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently.
•  Employees must be able to effectively communicate, hear, and visually assess work to ensure quality, safety, and accuracy in a manufacturing environment.
