Job Purpose:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for coordination of daily administrative and office functions for an active construction site including site mobilization and staff onboarding needs.
Essential Skills:
Ensures site office operations remain organized, accurate, and responsive to project team needs. Independently manages routine operational needs while coordinating events and supporting mobilization readiness.
Works closely with project teams, vendors, and leadership to maintain clear communication and effective coordination. Independently manages routine operational needs while coordinating events and supporting mobilization readiness.
Demonstrates ownership of responsibilities while developing leadership and operational coordination capabilities. Independently manages routine operational needs while coordinating events and supporting mobilization readiness.

Education and Experience:
Post-secondary education or experience supporting office or site operations environments preferred.
Experience working in and office or administrative role preferred
Demonstrates strong customer service and operational coordination supporting daily site activities.
Understands project team needs and construction site processes supporting efficient office operations.
