Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with factory teams and China teams for site strategic master planning, co-work with site workstreams to drive the masterplan well carry out
    • Leads development and delivery of site master plan, annual operating plan in conjunction with site and related departments, including long term Key Performance Indicators and manufacturing conversion costs with year-on-year improvement targets.
    • Monitors KPI/financial performance and manages process to address and rectify exceptions through action plans. Site PCC breakdown by variance dimensions to seek the CI opportunities.
    • Review and improve process as the business needs, communicate to site cross functions Process improvement
  • Set up and manage site key performance indicators and target setting, seek the opportunities for continuing improvements to build the efficient operation model
    • Development and management of site systems for business performance tracking; controlling and monitoring of factory performance KPIs with S&F together;
    • Factory KPIs analysis and preparation of improvement recommendations in interaction with Plant Team members;
    • Drive process and procedure improvements in site, Diagnose opportunities and leads create and align way of working within and with other functions, Standardize and lean from IE function.
    • Site data management to ensure consistency in reporting
  • Key link for the site capital investment planning, CAB project MPAR writeup and close loop management
    • Manage and optimize site CAB project plan and allocation.
    • Lead the capital project MPAR writeup and approval.
    • Own the capital project close loop management.
    • Develop site 3-year CAB pipeline in line with site masterplan and strategy;
    • Standardize site CAB management process and skill up site project write up capability.
  • The role will also work closely with region/global digital team to drive the HUA digitalization agenda and well implementation.
    • To drive the digitalization of site data and knowledge management.
    • Leading digitalization to uplift plant operation effectiveness, work with digital team to co-create digital masterplan, coordinate cross function team to improve digital awareness and drive the implementation of the digital projects.
  • Ad Hoc Support (Business case, data analysis)

Qualification

1. Education & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, logistics, Finance Degree

2. Knowledge/Experience

  • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Minimum 3 years as a production/ planning/ engineering manager
  • Experience of being part of the factory leadership team
  • Experience with facilitating and training various teams on continuous improvements
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and recommendations to senior management
  • Strong business acumen built through cross functional team an factory assignments
  • Strong Financial understanding (P&L)
  • Engineering experience, running projects (CAB)
