GENERAL SUMMARY: The RTX Site Support Manager/Reliability Specialist will be responsible for service calls and vendor management.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and oversee the Pratt & Whitney – West Palm Beach, FL account and services.

2. Contract coordinator services for K+S vendor contracted work (vendor qualifications, EHS).

3. On-site qualification of contractors (Contract Coordinator).

4. Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.

5. Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission (cost savings).

6. Manage service calls for repairs, PMs, and predictive maintenance for vendor services.

7. SAP notification and order management for K+S appointed work.

8. Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.

9. Repairable asset management through K+S STAMP processes.

10. Support any additional customer initiatives and requirements.

11. All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience in manufacturing environment.

3. Some experience in a management role preferred.

4. Able to communicate with customers, provide opportunities for new services as they warrant.

5. Must be proficient in STAMP database and customer databases, e.g., SAP.

6. Willing to be trained and complete all training to obtain Contract Coordinator status per customer requirements.

7. Must be well organized and self-directed.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

9. Must be detail oriented.

10. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.
