About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Site Pool Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background and hands-on experience managing all phases of pool construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all swimming pool construction activities on-site from excavation to final handover.
• Oversee reinforced concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, finishing, and pool equipment installation.
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to swimming pool works.
• Monitor the installation and testing of pool filtration, circulation, drainage, and water treatment systems.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snag list reviews to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on-site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update project management on site activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Site Pool Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in all aspects of swimming pool construction is a must, including:
• Reinforced concrete works
• Waterproofing systems
• Pool tiling and finishing
• Pool mechanical systems and equipment
• Testing, commissioning, and handover
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
