Job Summary: Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. The Site Supervisor will act as the main point of contact between the site team and management, ensuring effective communication, resource management, and problem-solving on site. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of construction processes, and a commitment to health and safety protocols. Responsibilities: Manage multiple construction projects (Industrial Buildings) from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications. Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately. Maintaining accurate records of site activities and progress reports. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock. Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project. Ensure that the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards. Requirements B. Tech in Civil Engineering. 6-10 Years experience in Construction and project management. Proficient in studying engineering drawings and implementing them at the site. Strong leadership skills to manage the site workforce. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
