As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide personalized assistance to our Slovakian-speaking customers, helping them navigate our gaming platform and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and phone to our Slovakian-speaking clientele.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Guide customers through our platform, providing assistance and enhancing their overall experience.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service level agreements and maintain quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system to ensure consistent service.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovakian and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new vibrant culture.
- An interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a desirable bonus.
