About The Role
As a social media specialist you are going to be responsible for developing and executing social media
strategies. Create engaging daily content, optimize company pages on various platforms (LinkedIn,
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube), and manage/moderate community interaction in
order to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and indirectly revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Represent our brand 24/7
Provide support and prepare weekly reports to the Head of Marketing (based in Amsterdam)
Staying informed, being up to date on industry related news
Create, build and execute social media strategy via research, benchmarking, messaging and identifying audience
Effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (text, photo, video or HTML) that builds valuable connections and motivates people to take action
Optimize company pages in order to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
Collaborate with other departments, identify key players and contributors and coordinate actions
Analyze social media data (Google Analytics and Facebook insights)
Working 5days/week in the office for the first 6 months (District 13.), agree on part home office afterwards
Requirements:
Based in Budapest, have valid working visa (We dont provide visa)
Degree in Marketing
1-3y work experience
Knowledge of web design and online marketing
Fluent in professional English
Comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms
Strong consulting and communications skills
Self-driven, results and deadline oriented
Able to multitask under stress in a fast paced, startup environment
Customer and detailed oriented, hands on attitude
Advantages:
Hungarian, German language knowledge
Working in Google environment (Gmail, Google Drive, .... etc).
