About this role

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with our brand goals, engage our audience, and drive growth across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and managing social media campaigns to enhance our online presence and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience, enhancing brand awareness and community growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content, fostering a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with internal teams – including marketing, sales, and customer service – to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
  • Manage budget allocations for social media advertising and promotions to achieve the desired results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to improve social media performance.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
