Job description & Specification

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for Android development.
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
  • Experience with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with back-end web development languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel).
  • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Responsibilities for the Position:
Android Development: 
  • Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Implement unit tests, UI tests, and integration tests to ensure code robustness.
  • Work with external data sources and APIs.
  • Stay updated with the latest Android SDK updates and best practices.
Web Development:
  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using relevant front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue, Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Ruby on Rails, PHP/Laravel).
  • Implement user interfaces and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate with databases and external APIs.
  • Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
  • Ensure web application security and data protection.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies.
