- Regularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist
- Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly

- Mentors others with less experience
- Performs peer code reviews conformity, security, and efficiency
- Designs low complexity tasks/components
- Clearly demonstrates understanding of how to branch code and divide up tasks
- Can pick up other developer code to modify/enhance
- Perfecting quality by unit testing and completing required documentation
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role

Required
- College degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
- Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products
