AI Performance Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Engineering, SRE, or Performance Testing.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and AI-driven analysis platforms.
- Strong knowledge of workload modelling, capacity planning, performance analysis, and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and API testing.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.
Desired Skills
- JMeter, Jenkins, Cursor AI, Jellyfish AI.
- AI Agent development, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI-based performance analytics.
- Workload Modelling, Capacity Planning, Performance Forecasting, and Anomaly Detection.
- Performance testing of APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-native applications.
- Root Cause Analysis using AI and observability data.
- Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/Azure DevOps.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services and AI-Driven SDLC environments.
