About the Team

The HR Technology Team is dedicated to designing, implementing, maintaining, enhancing, and supporting HR processes. Our primary objective is to facilitate efficient and effective HR operations by leveraging the capabilities of comprehensive suite of modules. Our team is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR processes.

Our team strives to achieve the following objectives:

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. This includes developing, configuring, or modifying integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. This role will be working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail oriented Workday Developer (Talent Management) candidate to support the management and optimization of our Talent Management module. This role requires accurate configuration analysis and maintenance of Talent Management modules to align with Organization strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and a proven track record in developing, configuring, troubleshooting Workday functionalities and other departments to deliver effective solutions that support Talent Management processes, data integrity and compliance.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in workday development.

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.

Primary Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM with exposer to HR Talent Management module and Workday Integrations.

  • Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Report Writer, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, and BIRT.

  • Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, REST, and SOAP web services.

  • Exposure to developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday integrations.

  • Knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
