Software Project Manager

Manage projects, including all the underlying bank’s projects, based on the agreed strategy. Develop comprehensive project plans and establish a clear set of project goals. Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame, budget, and scope. Identify project stakeholders, and establish a schedule. Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for IT project stakeholders required for specific projects or initiatives. Monitor project progress, and prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Review proposed modifications on project plans and reflect the approved update in the project plan. Identify risks, suggest mitigation plan support, and direct the project team. Managing stakeholders’ communication. Requirements Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience. Solid Experience in Software Project Management. Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
