Job Title: Solution Architect Experience: 7–12 Years Location: Pune Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred Job Summary: We are hiring a Solution Architect with strong leadership experience and hands-on expertise in any backend tech stack to design scalable and high-performance systems. Key Skills: 7–12 years of software development experience Proven team leadership/mentoring experience Strong hands-on experience in any backend technology (Java / Python / Node.js / .NET, etc.) Experience in system design, micro services, APIs, and scalable architecture Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Key Responsibilities: Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing backend solutions Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring best coding practices and architecture standards Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide technical guidance on system design, integrations, and performance optimization Review code, ensure quality standards, and drive technical excellence Participate in architectural decision-making and technology selection
