Job Overview

Operates parts production, monitors the quality checks, manages preventive maintenance, and documents the results as required by the quality procedures.

Job Requirements

• Monitoring the thickness measurements, conformance to the specifications, the timing of the object in the plating solution, and the amount of electric current needed to coat objects.
• Monitoring the preventive maintenance of the equipment used for plating and performing changeovers for the plating process.
• Installing, positioning, moving materials, reviewing the information to assess the problem, and ensuring proper working of the machine by observing gauges and indicators.
• Loading change reels, operating pallets jacks and other material handling devices, and coordinating the movement of materials from one department to the other.

What your background should look like

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
