Job Summary
This job is responsible for conducting thorough security investigations, ensuring the integrity of evidence and adherence to legal standards. It involves strategic collaboration with law enforcement and effective case management. The role demands precise reporting and the ability to testify with credibility in judicial settings. This is an office critical role. The schedule for this role is Monday- Friday 6AM-2PM EST. Shift assignments are subject to change based on business needs.Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting targeted investigations into allegations of theft, fraud, workplace violence, and other security breaches
- Generating comprehensive investigative reports that are timely, accurate, and maintain company interests
- Prioritizing and steering various investigations, including code of conduct and misappropriation cases, under pressure
- Interviewing suspects, witnesses, and victims to extract critical information for investigative processes
- Documenting evidence meticulously, ensuring its integrity through strict chain of custody adherence
- Fostering and maintaining professional relationships with law enforcement as the primary company liaison
- Leveraging legal knowledge to inform investigative methods and make well-founded decisions
- Executing undercover operations, including sting activities, to investigate and prevent illicit activities
- Carrying out surveillance tasks as required to collect evidence and support investigation goals
- Providing sworn testimony in legal proceedings, articulating investigative findings clearly
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
