For our headquarter in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a

Senior Specialist Total Rewards (m/f/d)

to support global compensation and benefits activities working closely with HR and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support salary reviews, incentive plans, promotions and job evaluations
  • Contribute to global job architecture, compensation frameworks and Total Rewards initiatives
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations
  • Support French compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and collective requirements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and derive recommendations for necessary adjustments
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, maintain documentation and support audits and internal controls
  • Advise and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Finance on Total Rewards topics

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
  • At least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
  • Good knowledge of French compensation and benefits, with willingness to further develop expertise
  • Solid analytical skills, including Excel; experience with Workday or similar tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work with data and support the preparation of clear, actionable recommendations
  • Structured, solution-oriented working style with good communication skills
  • Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment with high integrity and discretion
  • Very good English skills and good French skills are required for this role; German skills at B1 level or higher support day-to-day collaboration
