For our headquarter in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a
Senior Specialist Total Rewards (m/f/d)
to support global compensation and benefits activities working closely with HR and other internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support salary reviews, incentive plans, promotions and job evaluations
- Contribute to global job architecture, compensation frameworks and Total Rewards initiatives
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations
- Support French compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with legal and collective requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and derive recommendations for necessary adjustments
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, maintain documentation and support audits and internal controls
- Advise and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll and Finance on Total Rewards topics
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least three years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
- Good knowledge of French compensation and benefits, with willingness to further develop expertise
- Solid analytical skills, including Excel; experience with Workday or similar tools is an advantage
- Ability to work with data and support the preparation of clear, actionable recommendations
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with good communication skills
- Comfortable in a multicultural, international environment with high integrity and discretion
- Very good English skills and good French skills are required for this role; German skills at B1 level or higher support day-to-day collaboration
