About this role

An established, warm and highly respected private speech pathology practice in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is expanding its clinical team and looking for a Full-Time Speech Pathologist to join them, Monday through Friday. Operating for over 20 years, this vibrant NDIS-registered clinic has built a well-earned reputation for evidence-based therapy, a genuinely collegiate team culture and long-term therapist retention. You'll be joining a team of experienced clinicians who love what they do — and who will make sure you feel welcomed and supported from day one.

About the location The clinic sits in one of Sydney's most sought-after beachside precincts — think uncrowded coastal walks, an outstanding café and dining scene, boutique shopping and a genuine local community feel. It's a short stroll from some of Sydney's best-loved beaches, close to major public transport, and offers all the lifestyle of the Eastern Suburbs without the CBD commute. The area is well-serviced by leading hospitals, universities and schools, giving the clinic a steady, well-referred client base.

Your caseload

  • Mixed caseload across all ages, tailored to your interests and clinical strengths
  • Toddlers, preschoolers, school-age children, teens and adults
  • Areas may include early language, articulation, literacy, stuttering, PROMPT, social communication, adult acquired (post-stroke/TBI), accent modification and preschool screenings
  • Mix of NDIS, private and Medicare (Chronic Disease Management) clients
  • Predominantly clinic-based one-on-one sessions, with optional telehealth

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Current SPA membership / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status
  • New graduates through to experienced clinicians will be considered
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check

What's on offer

  • Permanent full-time Monday–Friday role — no weekends, genuine work-life balance
  • Structured supervision, mentoring and peer review
  • Generous CPD allowance, SPA membership support and PROMPT training pathway
  • Full assessment library, therapy resources and clinic admin support (you clinic, not chase paperwork)
  • Warm, values-led leadership and a team that truly likes each other
  • Central beachside location with easy commute and lifestyle appeal
