Job Description
Manage and optimise Etihad’s global sponsorship ticketing and hospitality operations by applying professional expertise, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to maximise ticket utilisation, enhance guest experiences, and support sponsorship objectives. The role is responsible for developing ticketing tactics, providing operational insights, influencing allocation decisions, and driving continuous improvements across the sponsorship portfolio to ensure effective delivery and measurable business value.
- Analyse ticket demand, allocation requirements, and utilisation trends across sponsorship properties to develop recommendations that maximise stakeholder value and commercial outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of sponsorship ticketing and hospitality programmes, ensuring effective planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Apply professional judgement to determine ticket allocation approaches, balancing business priorities, stakeholder needs, hospitality objectives, and sponsorship commitments.
- Partner with sponsorship account leads, rights holders, agencies, clubs, and event organisers to provide specialist advice and ensure effective ticketing strategies and delivery plans.
- Evaluate ticket inventory performance and attendance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve utilisation, guest engagement, and sponsorship ROI.
- Lead relationships with ticketing agencies and service providers, overseeing performance, resolving complex issues, and recommending process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights on utilisation, stakeholder engagement, hospitality performance, and operational effectiveness.
- Produce post-event analysis and actionable recommendations to support future sponsorship planning, guest experience improvements, and business decision-making.
- Contribute professional expertise to the planning and delivery of major sponsorship activations, including football, Formula 1, cricket, basketball, badminton, and other strategic partnerships.
- Support sponsorship project initiatives through analysis, risk assessment, budget monitoring, and recommendations that contribute to successful project outcomes.
- Identify operational challenges and emerging risks, assessing impacts and recommending solutions to improve efficiency, service quality, and business performance.
- Ensure ticketing activities comply with governance requirements, contractual obligations, and brand standards whilst continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights, recommendations, and progress updates to the Sponsorship Lead, contributing to sponsorship strategy development and the achievement of team objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sponsorship, events, ticketing, hospitality, or partnership operations.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
