Job Description
- Coordinate technical service processes for sorting and reflash activities concerning customer quality topics.
- Drive process coordination and continuous improvement.
- Support the development and promote the use of digital tools.
- Provide back-office support to colleagues.
- Organize the logistics for quality returns to investigation points.
- Manage commercial registration processes and prepare corresponding reports.
- Contribute to the development of digital solutions for business process improvement and digitalization.
Qualifications
- Currently a student in an engineering department.
- Living in Bursa is a must
- Available for a minimum of 3 days per week.
- A keen interest in digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or similar.
- A proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for data processing and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Interest in business intelligence, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
