• Design and implement robust IAM solutions for secure user access across digital platforms
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and champion their adoption
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems
• Support risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Identify and deliver automation opportunities and continuous improvements for IAM systems
• Provide strategic guidance and expertise on IAM-related issues and security practices.
