About this role
We provide virtual business process services to various types of overseas clients, and this position is to be part of the team which provides operations support to a Real Estate Investment Firm from the US Mortgage Finance industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Operations Manager in executing operational tasks for the life cycle of our loans.
• Review, update and reconcile mortgage loan data on a daily and weekly basis.
• Work with our custodians and lenders to ensure collateral is shipped and reviewed in a correct and timely manner.
• Ensure loans are onboarded to our servicers correctly and notify the Operations Manager of any issues that may occur.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional ongoing training.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Understanding of mortgage loan processing and loan servicing would be essential.
• A range of 2-3 years of experience in US Mortgage Operations.
• Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Prior experience with Mortgage Lending Software is a plus.
• Advanced Excel Skills like Pivot Tables, lookups, macros, etc would be advantageous.
SKILLS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Documentation, and other required documents.
• Advanced Excel customization skills.
• Strong Knowledge in using internet and web-based applications.

TIMINGS: Split Shift - IST 2-00pm to 11-00pm (EST 4: 30am to 1:30 pm)
