Sr. Area Manager

1. Lead production operations and workforce management for automotive component mass production lines.
2. Lead the production team to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity KPI targets.
3. Drive continuous improvement activities focused on productivity enhancement, cost reduction, workplace improvement, and operational excellence.

• Lead activities to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity KPI targets. 

• Establish production plans and manpower allocation plans and manage performance against targets. 

• Make initial assessments of quality, equipment, and material issues, collaborate with related departments, and implement corrective and preventive actions. 

• Clarify the roles and responsibilities of supervisors, line leaders, and operators while maintaining effective shop floor communication and training systems. 

• Lead standardized work compliance, operator training, multi-skilling programs, and continuous improvement activities.
