Sr. Civil & Steel Structure Engineer

Leads civil and steel structure quality inspections, contractor surveillance, testing activities, documentation review, and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Lead civil and steel structure inspection activities at site. Review and approve contractor ITPs, method statements, inspection records, and test certificates. Supervise quality audits, surveillance inspections, and testing activities. Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project procedures, and international standards. Review NCRs, corrective actions, and senior-level inspection reports. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of experience in large oil & gas / petrochemical civil works. Strong experience in civil construction, steel structures, foundations, roads, buildings, fireproofing, and quality inspection. Good knowledge of international codes, standards, QA/QC systems, and ISO requirements. Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
