About this role

Help shape how the world discovers Prime Video's biggest titles — drive K-content marketing strategy across SEA while delivering global tentpole campaigns in Australia and New Zealand.

We're looking for a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to join the Prime Video Content Marketing team, covering Southeast Asia (SEA) and Australia/New Zealand (AUNZ). This dual-remit role combines two exciting mandates: advancing the worldwide marketing approach for K-drama content and executing tentpole title launches across AUNZ.

What makes this role exciting:

- K-content (SEA & WW influence): Drive the marketing strategy for K-drama title launches across SEA, contributing directly to the worldwide K-drama marketing playbook. We've made meaningful headway, but there's significant runway ahead — you'll help evolve processes to tap into existing K-drama fan communities, and partner with Korean content partners in the KR entertainment industry.
- Global tentpoles (AUNZ): Deliver end-to-end campaigns for Prime Video's biggest titles launching in Australia and New Zealand — from strategy through execution across multiple tentpole moments each year.
- Work at the intersection of global content strategy and local market execution
- Help establish scalable frameworks and share learnings that shape how Prime Video markets content worldwide

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for K-drama title launches across SEA markets
- Build fan community engagement strategies to drive awareness, conversation, and viewership for K-content
- Partner with KR content partners on assets, talent, and promotional activation
- Plan and deliver tentpole title campaigns across AUNZ, working cross-functionally with social, creative, media, and product teams
- Run experiments and contribute to measurement frameworks that inform worldwide content marketing strategy
- Surface regional insights and performance data to influence WW marketing strategy for K-dramas
- Understand K-drama content and fan-dom, the audience and develop a sense for the right marketing angle for each title.
- Similarly, understand the AU & NZ audience, which Global titles would work and what the right marketing angle should be. Ingest signals that would inform decisions
This is an individual contributor role within the Prime Video SEA & AUNZ Content Marketing team.

A day in the life
No two days look the same in this role, but here's a snapshot of what a typical week might involve:

Morning: Review overnight performance data for a K-drama that launched last week. Pull together insights on social buzz and fan community reactions to share with the WW K-content marketing team. Jump on a call with the KR content partner to align on multiple topics including asset delivery, embargo dates and talent availability for Prime Video's PR & Marketing day.

Mid-morning: Join a cross-functional sync with the AUNZ team to finalize the campaign plan for an upcoming global tentpole launching next month — aligning on media strategy, creative assets, and go-to-market timing with social, PR, and media partners.

Afternoon: Work on a test-and-learn proposal for a new fan community engagement tactic — identifying the right K-drama fandoms to activate, drafting the experiment framework, and building a brief for the social team. Later, review creative assets coming in from the agency for an AUNZ title launch and provide feedback.

Late afternoon: Prep a campaign recap deck for a recent AUNZ tentpole, capturing results, learnings, and recommendations to feed back into the global marketing playbook. End the day catching up on Slack threads with regional and WW stakeholders across multiple time zones.

You'll regularly collaborate with: WW content marketing leads, KR content partners, regional social and creative teams, media agencies, PR, and product marketing.
