Role Overview:
A mid-level engineering role focused on designing and implementing DevOps automation solutions. Responsible for mentoring junior team members and managing small-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation efforts using advanced Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters and monitoring solutions.
- Guide junior engineers and provide hands-on mentorship.
- Ensure observability and reliability across environments.
- Solve deployment and infrastructure-related problems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency with Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation.
- Experience in setting up monitoring and observability stacks.
- Leadership & mentoring experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated proactiveness and continuous learning mindset.
