$162,200.00 - $243,400.00The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Provides enterprise-wide leadership for procurement’s operating model, systems enablement, and performance management across the University. Owns the strategy, governance, and transformation roadmap that standardizes procure-to-pay (P2P) services, policies, data, and reporting, ensuring scalable, compliant, and measurable execution across the University schools, hospitals including affiliates, departments, and business units. Leads the integration of procurement operations with enabling technologies (ERP/P2P tools, data platforms, analytics) to drive financial performance, service excellence, and risk reduction, across multiple year modernization outcomes. Directs portfolio-level delivery for system implementation/optimization and ERP readiness, establishes enterprise governance for master data and analytics supporting Procurement, and leads leaders/managers across operations and information domains to deliver consistent customer experience and value delivery at scale.Essential Functions:
- Leads and owns the enterprise-wide procurement operations and systems strategy, establishing a scalable governance model and standardized operating framework while ensuring consistent execution and measurable outcomes.
- Serves as the senior business owner for procurement technology and data capabilities, directing ERP readiness and system implementations while ensuring strong governance over enterprise data and reporting.
- Provides executive oversight for procurement operations and service delivery to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality customer experience across the enterprise.
- Drives measurable financial results through operational improvements, cost management, and enabling Procurement to deliver savings by exploiting technology and effective processes.
- Leads leadership teams, builds organizational capability, and drives enterprise change management to support transformation goals.

Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree and ten years of progressive leadership experience including 5 years of experience in contract management and negotiations required.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
