Sr. Executive

·        Leads, motivates empowers all Quality Management personnel at all regional locations.

·        Responsible to ensure compliance of materials and processes to specifications and regulatory bodies like ISO and other certifications.

·        Provides leadership for the development of a culture and environment focused on quality.

·        Develops and implements standard processes aligned with TTC s enterprise-wide Quality Management System utilizing best practices like Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), process control and Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) processes.

·        Promotes utilization of statistical and problem-solving techniques.

·        Creates and implements inspection criteria and procedures and equipment.

·        Plays active role on quality management teams within organization.

·        Oversight and responsibility to ensure site maintains adherence to Quality KPIs and takes timely action to address adverse trends and deviations. Continuously monitors and partakes in global forums to assess opportunities for improvement

·        He/she must from past experience in construction field of Solar and wind.

·        He/ she must will responsible for all QA/QC process of the organization w.r.t to Procurement construction.

·        Must develop QA/AC plan for vendors and for construction activities and must ensures the same is being follow by all.
